O conceito de bairro, de proximidade e de relações interpessoais no espaço urbano é sustentável com populações permanentemente transientes? Serão estes nómadas um fenómeno excepcional e transitório ou vamos ver esta ‘cidadania digital’ tornar-se uma dominante nas cidades.

Perante a crise climática que respostas podem os arquitectos dar? Passará certamente por novas tecnologias da construção e pela correspondente redução da pegada de carbono, pela redução no recurso ao betão/concreto, e pela implementação de outras tecnologias e materiais menos poluentes como a madeira, a taipa ou o cânhamo. Passará também pela gestão e pela produção de energia e sistemas de reciclagem cada vez mais avançados. Que exemplos e que respostas?

Perante a ruína e o abandono, o desafio de uma reconstrução sustentável é essencial para criar condições de fixação das populações em fuga, permitindo também o retorno a casa dos que já estão fora.  Qual o papel da arquitectura e do urbanismo nestes contextos de emergência? Exemplos, propostas e estratégias de intervenção.
